Introduction

MyElearning.Education have an integrated business philosophy and plan to approach the problems of poverty and unemployment.

The purpose of this document is to give an overview of how MyElearning.Education intend to implement these goals.

So much has been written about the problems of poverty, unemployment, and entrepreneurial development. Many of these written pieces lack the integration of goals, theory, products, and markets. We do believe the integration and interaction of these items is vital. Although this is only a summary it explains the key thinking behind these items.

Entrepreneurial Theory

Entrepreneurial theories explain and assist us to better understand entrepreneurial behaviour, why some people are more entrepreneurial and successful than others.

It thus forms the basis to determine entrepreneurial potential, the products and services entrepreneurs require to grow sustainable entrepreneurial businesses. It gives a better understanding of the challenges they are facing, and the support required to grow their businesses.

There are about 96 different entrepreneurial theories.

“The MyElearning.Education – Entrepreneurial Theory” is based on the research of WHY some entrepreneurs succeed and most not.

We do believe the following principles is important to develop sustainable entrepreneurs, therefor we are developing products and services to support the development of them.

Each entrepreneur has a unique personality, skills set, face different challenges and is at a different phases in the development of his/her business, therefor the proposed personal and business development programs must be adjusted to his/her requirements at that moment in the development of the business.

Accountability is a person’s acceptance of responsibility for their actions. In other words, if someone is accountable, they are willing to be open and allow others to observe and evaluate their performance. Therefore, they do not blame circumstances, the environment, or other people for their problems, failure, or mistakes. This attitude is vital for the development of sustainable business.

Emotional Management

Emotions are the reactions of human beings towards events and situations they experience.

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to perceive, evaluate, express and control emotions.

Manage and Control Emotions
MyElearning.Education will guide the entrepreneur on his journey to improve his management and the control of his emotions.

Decision Making and judgement
Emotions do determine if we are happy, angry, sad, bored, or frustrated. These emotions do have a major influence on our decision making ability.

Entrepreneurs must realise it and understand the importance to develop their ability to manage their emotions to improve the decisions they are making.

Many decisions in business are based on judgement or is made on with intuition. This is an ability business owner develops, through experience. This skill is thus underdeveloped with new business owners. It is very important, and a counter strategy must be developed to assist the newbie to develop this skill.
